If you have never ventured into Westminster one of the many highlights is Little Saigon.  It is like taking a vacation to another land.  The Asian Gardens Mall is a must see when shopping for jewelry, clothing and for trying some of the best Asian food around. 

Westminster shares much of its southern border with Huntington Beach where all the amenities of this popular Pacific beach community await you.  Some other areas and items of interest just a short drive away, are the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim baseball stadium, the Pond where you can see an Anaheim Ducks Hockey game, Knott´s Berry Farm, and the very popular Disneyland.  With all of this, Westminster is definitely a great place to take advantage of everything you love about California.

The community events are very popular in Westminster.  One of the most memorable is the Tet New Year Celebration.  This colorful and lively event is a must see with a festival and parade throughout the streets of Little Saigon.  Another celebration is the Blessed Sacrament Parish annual festival.  The church parking lot is filled with rides and games and a country store that has items in it for as little at 25 cents.  The Vietnamese and Spanish foods stands represent the diversity of this great city.  If you are looking for a place to watch a spectacular fireworks show on the 4th of July, Westminster is also the place to be.

Westminster has a great school district with a supportive community of parents, teachers and students.  This environment will get your kids education off to a great start.  In Westminster, students are encouraged to become lifelong learners.  Programs such as the Middle School Enhancement Program as well as after school activities and homework assistance programs help to ensure that the students continue their education.
